Dairy Farmers of Canada

The Dairy Farmers of Canada will have cheese experts present a series of free seminars/tastings during the three days of the event.

The Fifth Annual West Coast Christmas Show will take place on November 30, December 1 & 2, 2012 at the Tradex Exhibition Center, is Western Canada's leading Holiday Season Show that brings together under one roof Holiday gifts, food, personal services, decor ideas, festive seminars and culinary presentations.

Entering through the display of fully decorated Christmas trees in the Festival of Trees listenl to the sounds of Christmas music performed by local musicians, visitors will discover amongst the many exhibits new ideas and products for holiday gift shopping, entertaining and home decorating. Amongst the many exhibits visitors will find holiday gifts from around the world, jewelry & accessories, toys, specialty foods, condiments, seasonings, candy/sweets along with unique and hard to find gift items both from artisans as well as unique manufacturers.

Complimentary cheese seminars will be conducted by the Dairy Farmers of Canada, just in time for visitors to discover new knowledge on cheese appreciation and how to host the perfect wine and cheese party. Floral designer, Wayne Louie will be on stage conducting presentations on how to create dramatic wreaths for your front door, give you great ideas on festive table decorations and fabulous hearth decorating ideas. Also on stage will be numerous talented local chefs who will offer great ideas for your holiday cooking.

With 21 days remaining before Christmas, the West Coast Christmas Show's timing is the perfect show to buy unique gifts, stock up on holiday entertaining needs and discover new ideas on home decorating and entertaining for a fun-filled Holiday Season.
