He worked kitchen front lines for the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Daniel Boulud
before opening his own restaurants, ensemble (May 2011), and his
newest addition, ensemble Tap (December 2011).

Dale earned the coveted Grand Chef Relais & Chateaux status and Dale was hand-picked
by Chef Gordon Ramsay to work at Claridge’s in London, then at the three-
Michelin-star Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London.

Dale will entertain with his culinary skills and leave the audience with great tips for their own holiday cooking projects.
